John Ramkey believes buying or building a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. His approach is centered on getting to know his customers, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

As a New Home Specialist at Veridian Homes, John enjoys building genuine relationships with his customers and serving as a guide from the first conversation through the new-home journey. His commitment to customer care has been recognized with multiple awards for outstanding customer service, including awards in 2022 and 2025.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter; gardening, print photography, and fishing. He learned to swim at age 25 and later went on to complete two Madison Ironman Triathlons, a journey that reflects his willingness to take on new challenges and stick with them.
